a cry for healing

have you ever gotten so mad at yourself that you just want to scream! well thats where i am at right now . God has me dealing with my biggest isuse and i hate it. i want God just to ripe it out of me but he said i have to deal with it and walk it out. i don't know how to walk it out or evern how to start to deal with it. i just need to break out of this box i was put in long ago. i want out and i just need a crack to start but i can't do that from the inside. Abba i've tryed but i can't do it on my own. i need you God and you are the only one that can help me out of here! I am crying out fo ryou God. Help!
